I sent a complaint to the Aftersales team on the 23rd of January and this has still to be closed out. This relates to my purchasing a set of G425 irons from Amercian Golf in June 2021. As is stands, my position is that I will never go to Amercian Golf in the future, based on the lack of customer service I received after I requested my order and the absense of response since I raised my compliant. I wonder if me sending this feedback now will trigger any action from your organisation.

Great service and value for money delivery on took 2 days

Quick efficient service.

Socks came quickly and were just what i wanted.

I've criticised their online stock/ordering & delivery strategy before but this time it was efficient and timely.

I bought a 4 bundle in which the polo shirt and mid-layer were really good and I was pleased with them.
The shoes looked very good...but I hope they stand up to Scottish rain and wet fairways...I don't know if they will.
I'm afraid I was very disappointed in the trousers...I don't think they are very well made...and although they are "regular" in size....They are very long and will require adjustment...Pity " short length " isn't on offer.
However I must praise the service...It was quick and efficient and my e-mails were answered promptly...So thank you for that.

Purchased a pair of golf shoes delivered from Online Golf no problems with delivery. I had return them as they were not large enough for me and the return process went very smoothly including prompt return of funds. Will use them again.

Took very little time to arrive. Good quality material, very comfortable.

Good delivery good products

Items displayed online are not in stock. Orders made are cancelled without explanation. The one order they did manage to deliver, a pair of Bloc sunglasses with extra lenses, arrived minus the sunglasses. They refused to send replacement glasses, even though shown in stock. So I had to return my order.
Don't bother emailing, as an you seldom get a reply, and when you do, it is several days later.
In this day and age, it seems quite incomprehensible that an online shop is incapable of any sort of stock control or communication with customers.

Ordered Electric Golf Trolley from Onlinegolf and delivery came on the date that was given in the order confirmation. The order also got me loyalty points which I have now put towards some sale clothing coming today. Now, I always look for the emails coming through with special offers on.

Great selection & great value until it’s converted into Euro’s, then reality kicks in, but quality and service is top class, delivery to Ireland in 3 days of purchase. Conversion rate is pricy but probably still cheaper than to purchase in Irish stores.maybe if an offer to regular customers could decrease the cost especially on the change of currency then it wud make the service a 5* company. Price is key

Both my order placed and delivery were excellent

I ordered 4 items and they only delivered 2 of the items but charged me for all 4. There has been no communication about the missing items and now I get an email "How many stars would you give us"...

I won't be using them again!!
